Coaching

I currently offer one-on-one coaching either virtually or at my ~700 sq. ft fully equipped home training studio in Escondido Ca.

 

I only take a small amount of clients at one time to make sure I can dedicate all the time that's needed to each client. Not every client is the right fit so an application process is necessary. 

 

The minimum training period commitment is 6 weeks. Depending on your individual goals we can determine individual timelines accordingly.

In Person Coaching 

Below is a brief summary of the personalized, results-focused training process. How often we meet and how much instruction is needed will vary from client to client.

Evaluation

The first step is a comprehensive assessment to understand your individual needs, schedule, and goals.

 

We'll begin with essential evaluations such as blood work, body composition testing, and a basic movement screen.

 

Additionally, you'll complete detailed questionnaires covering your health and injury history to help tailor a realistic, personalized program.

Using the results from your assessments and the goals discussed during your evaluation, I’ll develop a comprehensive program tailored to you.

 

This will include a structured exercise and mobility plan, personalized nutrition and supplement guidance, lifestyle optimization strategies, and any relevant medical considerations to review with your healthcare provider.

Modify as needed and then Re-test

Throughout the process, we’ll review your training and nutrition goals on a weekly basis, adjusting the program based on what’s working and where improvement is needed.

 

Key performance indicators will be retested as appropriate to evaluate your progress and revise the program as needed.

Virtual Coaching

My virtual coaching process is similar to my in person coaching but will be tailored to your fitness environment. It offers structured, one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique goals, schedule, and health profile. Each program is fully customized based on your needs and includes regular virtual consultations, digital program delivered via professional-grade app that provides custom programs, video demos, progress tracking, and direct communication, and ongoing support.

My virtual coaching program integrates the some of the latest fitness tracking technologies to enhance accountability, streamline communication, and optimize your training results—no matter where you're located. In addition to personalized programming, I offer guidance on home gym design to align with your goals and available space. Whether you're building a new setup or working with existing equipment, I’ll create an effective, tailored program that meets you where you are.
