About Tyler Bell

Healthspan Focused & Science-Backed Coaching

For over 2 decades, I've been immersed in the world of health, fitness, and human performance.

It began with my degree in Kinesiology, providing a deep foundation in human performance, rehabilitation, and movement science. From there, I pursued a hands-on career in personal training, working one-on-one with hundreds of clients to apply those principles in real life.

My commitment to mastering my craft led me to seek out a variety of specialized certifications—expanding into sports performance coaching, corrective exercise, and injury prevention—while developing a deep understanding of how to train both the body and mind for long-term health.

As my career evolved, my path led to more and more leadership roles; I managed a high-end sports club, built a strength and condition program from the ground up, and started quite a few businesses along the way.

My most successful company DRVN Unlimited — designed and delivered cutting edge facilities, wellness and fitness programming across multiple corporate locations throughout southern California and Arizona, impacting thousands of participants.

The years of designing and operating corporate fitness centers further deepened my understanding of how environment, innovation, and strategy can dramatically enhance health outcomes.

This broad and diverse background—spanning athletic performance, injury prevention, rehabilitation, corporate wellness, and fitness center design—has given me a unique perspective on what truly drives lasting health and strength in men over 40.

It’s from this wealth of experience that I now begin the next chapter in my journey to provide innovative, high-quality solutions, while constantly integrating the latest technologies, research, and actionable strategies for men like myself.
